Brakes has expanded its Keystone brand to more than 40 products covering all aspects of kitchen cleaning, following its successful launch in 2025.

Developed by commercial cleaning company Ecolab in association with Brakes’ parent company Sysco, the range is exclusive to Sysco companies, including Brakes in the UK.

Keystone provides a range of cleaning and disinfectant solutions designed to enhance food safety, operational efficiency and sustainability across foodservice operations. It spans dishwashing and disinfection to floor and washroom cleaning.

The products have colour-coded labels and instructions, and many of the them are designed to reduce water and energy.

“Our goal is to provide the products that food businesses need to run a successful operation, both front and back of house,” said Sysco GB merchandising director David Cole.

“With Keystone, we have leveraged Sysco’s global scale to work with the leading hygiene solutions provider, Ecolab, to create an exclusive product range that will have a dramatic impact on this vital function. It’s a great example of how Sysco’s global scale is supporting Brakes’ customers with unique solutions.”

It follows the launch of the wholesaler’s Authentic Italian range in March. Sourced exclusively from Italian producers and suppliers, the range features more than 200 products including pasta, pizza flours and bases, sauces and tomatoes, olive oils and vinegars, cheeses and cured meats, antipasti and olives, and bakery and dessert options.
