Julienne Bruno has relaunched into retail and foodservice with its Collection 01 range.
The brand’s Crematta (rsp: £3.50/150g), Superstraccia (rsp: £4.50/150g) and Burrella (rsp: £4.95/115g) will be available in Ocado from 30 April.
Julienne Bruno was acquired by Harvey & Brockless, part of The Compleat Food Group in November 2025 in a pre-pack administration deal.
Its products were last stocked in Ocado at the end of July last year.
The Superstraccia is a “rich, fresh plant-based curd with a soft, creamy texture, while the Burrella has a “firm bite and delicate creamy interior”. The Crematta is a “lightly whipped, creamy and tangy spread” made of soya.
The products are being manufactured in a new production facility following the acquisition, but the recipes have remained unchanged.
The brand said this would ensure continuity of quality and taste.
“We’re excited to be bringing Julienne Bruno back to both retail and foodservice,” said Yvonne Adam, chief marketing officer at The Compleat Food Group. “It’s a brand with a strong following and a distinct point of view, built around quality ingredients, chef-led craftsmanship and exceptional flavour.”
She added: “This relaunch gives us the opportunity to introduce Julienne Bruno to a wider audience, while staying true to what has always made it special.”
It is being supported by a programme of activity including chef-led events and renewed investment in recipe-driven content across social channels.
