Sysco is expanding MySysco rewards to Country Choice customers as the wholesaler looks to bring more of its businesses together under one loyalty programme.

Country Choice customers are currently being invited to join MySysco rewards and activate their personalised offers. Once registered, they can earn cashback across more Sysco brands, redeemable as credit, high street vouchers, staff gifts and a wide range of merchandise.

Existing Brakes and Brakes Catering Equipment customers will continue to be offered the benefits they already receive, with the added opportunity to earn when purchasing from Country Choice.

The rewards programme has been shaped directly by customer feedback, which found that personalised offers, more choice, and rewards that deliver meaningful value through cashback rather than points were top priorities.

The scheme allows customers to redeem cashback on their purchases or use it in the MySysco rewards store, where thousands of options are available including electronics, kitchen equipment, days out, holidays, gift cards and charitable donations.

“Expanding MySysco rewards to include Country Choice is about giving our customers more of what genuinely helps them,” said Sysco GB marketing and digital director Leon French. “Food businesses work incredibly hard and every saving matters, so being able to earn cashback across more of their everyday purchases is a real benefit.

“They can use it to invest back into their business, treat their teams or choose something special from the rewards store. Bringing our brands together under MySysco rewards creates a smooth, easy experience and gives customers more value in the moments that matter to them. It is loyalty designed around their needs and what makes a difference in their day.”

The wholesaler plants a tree for every redemption that is made as part of MySysco rewards, with more than 133,000 planted to date. Through its partner, Veritree, trees are planted around the world, including Haiti, Kenya and North America, to support degraded land and ecosystems.
