The new flavour joins the brand’s lineup of flavoured and standard butters

All Things Butter has announced the launch of a truffle-flavoured SKU.

The new flavour joins the brand’s lineup of flavoured and standard butters, and is available in Booths now, with further rollout in Ocado to come.

All Things Butter Truffle (rsp: £2.85) was developed at Brue Valley in Somerset to be a “versatile product for cooking, sauces and finishing”.

“At All Things Butter, we’re passionate about reimagining what butter can be and bringing fresh excitement to the dairy aisle,” said Toby Hopkinson, co-founder of All Things Butter. “Our new Truffle is the latest in our range of flavoured butters which have brought some much-need vibrancy to an unassuming dairy aisle.

“We want to help people to create quick, flavour-packed meals in the kitchen, whether that’s elevating a simple weeknight supper or impressing guests with a chef-level finish at home.”

It is a blend of 100% British cream infused with truffle, lemon juice and black pepper to make a product that is both “luxurious and accessible”.

“Whether stirred through pasta, spread over roast veg, or melted on to steak, this is butter made for food lovers – an effortless way to add richness, flavour and a little luxury to any meal,” said Hopkinson. “It’s all part of our mission to make butter more versatile, more vibrant, and firmly back at the heart of British kitchens.”

The range also includes classic butters Salted and Unsalted, two sweet butters in Chocolate and Cinnamon flavours, and a Garlic & Herb savoury option.
