ALL THINGS EXPANDS ITS COTTAGE CHEESE RANGE WITH NEW SMOOTH FORMAT (3)

All Things Smooth Cottage Cheese has been blended for a soft, smooth texture for shoppers who want ‘the benefits and versatility of cottage cheese without the traditional curd texture’

All Things has expanded its cottage cheese range with the launch of a smooth format.

All Things Smooth Cottage Cheese (rsp: £1.85/240g, £2.95/450g) has been blended for a soft, smooth texture for shoppers who want “the benefits and versatility of cottage cheese without the traditional curd texture”.

The brand said it was designed to match how modern consumers are eating cottage cheese in versatile ways such as dipping, snacking, spreading, folding, cooking and baking.

“Cottage cheese has come back in a big way because it delivers what modern shoppers are looking for: protein, versatility and something that can work across the whole day,” said co-founder Toby Hopkinson. “But we also know the traditional texture is still a barrier for some people.”

All Things said the launch would open the category up to consumers who are interested in the product’s nutritional credentials but previously put off by curds, while also providing an alternative to yoghurt or cream cheese.

“Smooth takes everything people value about cottage cheese and gives it a completely different feel, making it easier to spread, dip, fold into recipes or eat straight from the pot,” Hopkinson added. “It gives more people a way into the category and creates far more possibilities for how cottage cheese can be used.”

The launch supports the brand’s wider category vision to make cottage cheese easier to use, more often.
